Shipping

Shipping is free (your shipping fees will be refund) if you live at less than 100km of the following cities : Montreal, St-Laurent, Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Chicoutimi.

If not, you will have to pay shipping fees :
- $25 for purchases of $100 or less.
- $20 for purchases between $101 and $500.
- $15 for purchases of $501 and more.

We can install it for you!

Some products are available with optional installation. In our online catalog, when you see the symbol on the right, this means the installation option is possible. Select it using the Options list that is on the details page of the product.

Sales taxes calculation

The taxes are calculated when you proceed to checkout on the PayPal system, and are of 12.875% of your purchase (5% GST followed by a 7.5% QST).

For all purchases outside of Canada, no sales taxes will be added to the order.

Delivery time

Orders shipped within the province of Quebec are usually delivered in 2 to 10 days. Delivery within the rest of Canada takes between 3 to 15 days. Delivery dates may vary depending upon product availability.

Shipping time to the United States may vary due to customs; however, in general, deliveries take from 5 to 20 days.

All other International deliveries ordinarily take between 4 to 6 weeks.

Payment method

The secured transaction is made possible by the PayPal system, which accepts most credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and also allows account to account transactions.

Waranties

All defective products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
